I noticed that the who plays in the new Felicity movie looks NOTHING like felicity in the books. Has anyone else noticed this?? I think that the clothes in the movie dont look like the ones in the book,I cant wait to see the movie, I was just hoping that the in it would look like Lissie in the book, Anna Sophia Robb looked EXACTLY like the samantha in the books. (I like the fact that her name is the same as mine [img]tongue.gif[/img] [img]smile.gif[/img] ) Doany of you think that the who plays Lissie dosent look like her??

Well, Sophia did have blue eyes though, not brown like Samantha!!!!

It's strange, in some pictures I think the Felicity actress looks a lot like Julia Roberts - who is a producer of the AG movies!

blue-green actually but I guess that doesn't really matter.
I don't like that the girl who plays Felicity has bangs and not the spiral curls. I mean the spiral curls are what makes Felicity Felicity!
Also would she really have her hair down? Is it historicly accutate for her hair to be down like that?

I dont think she looks *just* like her, but I think she looks quite similar. I think she's just as cute as Anna Sophia-Robb was, and looks just as much like the doll as Anna Sophia-Robb did.

Anna Sophia-Robbs eyes really bugged me. Don't get me wrong, she has gorgeous eyes, but they're very NOT Samantha. Dont know why they couldnt have given her contacts or just changed them digitally. Although, I'm sure very few people even noticed.

I think this girl looks as much like Felicity as any other girl would. Her eyes appear to be green, not as NEON as Felicity the doll's, but they do look green.

I think they made an error with the costumes, simply because they all look so much fancier than the doll outfits. Especially the Christmas dress....

She (and Elizabeth) have their hair in half-ponies a LOT, I swear I remember reading here that a low ponytail is really the only thing Felicity would have done with her hair, and that as girls got older, as a status of showing they were ready to marry, they started doing more elaborate updos.

Can someone shed some light on this? Is it historically acurate for Felicity/Elizabeth's hair to be in a half-pony, (the same style as Samantha's)?

I totaly agree with this! Her bangs are what really dissapointed me the most.

I think the young lady playing Felicity looks close enough like her. The movie ad or picture on the website is very good IMHO.
